What can I expect from the event?
DUNE: The Experience invites you to journey through the universe of the epic film trilogy, blending interactive storytelling, iconic environments, cinematic soundscapes, and striking visuals. Face the Bene Gesserit test, uncover hidden Fremen messages, ascend Paul's throne, encounter authentic costumes, props, and an Ornithopter from the film set, and brave the call of a colossal sandworm in the deserts of Arrakis. Take home exclusive photo opportunities next to original costumes, props, weapons, vehicles, and models.

Is there parking available?
There is limited parking available at the venue, but there are public pay lots in the immediate vicinity as well as street parking. Arriving by ride-share is recommended.
Venue parking passes are sold as add-ons. We highly recommend purchasing parking passes in advance, as there will be limited availability on the day of your event. The address is 330 S Alameda St, Los Angeles, CA 90013 (Google Maps). Will there be additional sessions?

About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website. Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number. Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us. Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket. If you miss your scheduled registration time, please speak to a member of staff upon arrival. We will do our best to accommodate you and grant access to the venue, subject to availability. Please note that entry is not guaranteed for late arrivals, and if we are unable to accommodate you, your ticket will no longer be valid.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Trained service animals that perform tasks related to their handler's disability are welcome. Pets and other non-service animals are not permitted.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
For the safety of all attendees, it is prohibited to carry firearms, knives, pepper spray, or any object that may cause harm (at the discretion of the venue management).
Do you offer carer tickets?
Yes, guests who require assistance throughout the experience may request one complimentary ticket for a personal assistant, caregiver, or support worker at the venue entrance.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
The event consists of a series of multi-sensory experiences that combine scenography, projections, lighting, audio, and live performances by actors. While we welcome all visitors, unfortunately, the experience could not be adapted for guests with visual and/or hearing disabilities and we cannot provide accommodations to enhance the visual and/or audio effects. The venue is ADA accessible for guests with limited mobility.
Can someone with a heart condition or epilepsy participate in the experience?
Guests with a heart condition or epilepsy may participate in the experience, although some activities are not accessible for guests with these conditions.
All visitors will be required to sign a waiver before participating. This helps ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights. However, please note that a variety of other lighting effects will be used throughout the experience.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest along the way, seating will be available in the F&B area, where you can take a break and recharge before continuing.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us. Is coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement?
There is no minimum age requirement and the space is accessible for prams/strollers. Children under 3 can enter free of charge. All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
